It used to take someone two or three weeks to buy a car. They would have to drive from car-lot to car-lot. They would test drive several cars, call their friends and discuss what they thought, figure out who had the best cost and then try and negotiate the best price. Not anymore.
Today someone can get on the Internet, arm themselves with info, find out about the experience someone else had with the product, get the financing and the sales cycle is down to two to three days. This is up 63% across the consumer landscape.
